Please refer to the timetable below, which outlines the showfloor build-up and breakdown periods, show open times, sponsor access windows (pre-show, show days, and post-show), as well as details on networking receptions, parties, and badge pick-up hours.
Important: Access dates and times for build-up and breakdown will vary depending on your booth type and may be subject to change.
Gentle reminder: The showfloor is located on the Emirates Palace Terrace, which is outside the main building. Please take weather conditions into account when planning your booth. This includes ensuring items are properly stored or secured overnight and preparing for daily booth set-up each morning.
We strongly recommend integrating storage solutions into your stand design or coordinating with the official show contractors to ensure suitable arrangements are in place.
