Badge pick-up

All registered Shoptalk Luxe attendees must pick up their badge prior to entering our event spaces. As a good rule of thumb, we recommend keeping your registration confirmation email and photo ID on hand as you arrive.

Treat your badge like cash:

You must have your physical badge on your person to use it.
Once it’s lost, it’s gone - we don’t reprint badges!
 

Registration 

Everyone who is planning on attending Shoptalk Luxe must be registered and is required to wear a Shoptalk Luxe badge at all times, in order to access any part of the Shoptalk Luxe event - including content sessions, meal functions, networking receptions, meetups and the show floor. 
All tickets MUST be registered by Friday 5th December 2025 

 

How To Register Your Tickets 

Tickets Purchased via our Sales Team 

  • You will receive a personalised registration link from Sponsor Support team via [email protected]

  • Each attendee from your company will need to register individually via the link mentioned above. Should you need any support with this, our dedicated team for registration can be contacted on [email protected]

Accessing Your Account / Updating Ticket Information 
  • To access your account, click here to log in. 

  • Login Credentials: 
    Username = the email you used to register your ticket 
    Password = the registration confirmation number which was emailed to you from [email protected] 

Purchasing Additional Tickets

Collecting Your Sponsor Badges Onsite 

  • Location: The registration desk will be located on Level 1 at Emirates Palace. (Upon entering the main entrance floor signs for Shoptalk Luxe and head down the eslators to Level 1 to collect badges, you will then we directed to the show floor.)  

  • Collection Time can be viewed on the timetable here. 

Important Information Regarding Sponsor Badges 
  • Please take good care of your Exhibitor Badge and wear it for the duration of the event. No badge reprints will be provided. 

  • Everyone Must Wear a Badge at All Times 

  • Terms of Attendance & Participation can be viewed here 

Once your ticket is registered, you will receive a registration confirmation email inviting you to sign into our MyExperience platform

  • Username: registered email address 

  • Password: ticket confirmation number 

Attendees can edit their information, transfer their ticket, assign organisation admins, resend their ticket confirmation email, access personalised social media graphics, send meeting requests to other attendees in our Meetup program, sign up for networking events, and sign up for Tabletalks all from this platform!

Ticket Transfers  

Registered sponsors may transfer their ticket in the portal at any time prior to the registration deadline. Simply click “Transfer Ticket” and enter in the new attendee’s contact information! 

Your colleague will receive an email inviting them to accept the transfer, which opens a form they must fill out to complete the transfer request. Our team approves all ticket transfers. Once your colleague has accepted the transfer and we have approved it, you will lose access to the platform, and they will receive a registration confirmation email. 

  • Transferring a ticket after the Meetup program scheduling process has started will not transfer program eligibility and will result in the loss of any steps already completed. 

  • Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance in transferring a ticket after the deadline.

Pre-show sponsor access 

Space only contractor access: In order to gain access to the hall for build-up and breakdown periods, space only sponsors and contractors will be required to register themselves using Fira Gran Via's online registration system; please refer tothis useful guide on how to register. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your contractor badge. 

If you have a turnkey stand package, you can collect your sponsor badge from registration from 2pm on Monday 24th January , this can then be used to access the show floor. Anyone without a badge will need a contractor badge which can be applied for below.  

  • Please note, contractor badges only permit entry to the hall during build-up and breakdown periods, if you need access to the venue during show days, you must purchase a delegate ticket.

Contractor passes pre show 

To gain access to the hall for build-up and breakdown periods, all sponsors and contractors will be required to register themselves using Fira Gran Via's online registration system; please refer to this useful guide on how to register. Please register here for a contractor pass. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your contractor badge. Please make sure you have it ready on your mobile device to be shown at the entrance. In return, you will be provided with a contractor wristband, granting you access to the hall. Please note, contractor badges only permit entry to the hall during build-up and breakdown periods, if you need access to the venue during show days you must purchase a delegate ticket.

Crew badges  

Crew badges are complimentary passes that grant sponsor crew / vendors access to the exhibit floor while it is open to the public (exhibit hall hours below).  This badge should only be used by crew working the booth and not employees from the exhibiting company.   

  • Examples of where a crew badge would be applicable: you have a barista working on your booth, a photographer, a videographer.  

  • This pass does not include access to meals, sessions, or evening receptions – a full pass must be purchased for access to any of these items.  

  • If you will have crew on your booth please email [email protected] to organise.  

Crew badges will be available to collect from the resolution desk at registration. Photo ID is mandatory for collection.
