Meetup programme registration deadline: Tuesday, 6 January

Registration 

Everyone who is planning on attending Shoptalk Luxe must be registered and is required to wear a Shoptalk Luxe badge at all times, in order to access any part of the Shoptalk Luxe show including content sessions, meal functions, networking receptions, Meetup and the show floor. 
To ensure you can benefit from the full Meetup experience, please ensure you register tickets by Friday 5th December 2025 when the Meetup programme will begin.

How to register your tickets 

Tickets Purchased via our Sales Team 

  • You will receive a personalised registration link from Sponsor Support team via [email protected]

  • Each attendee from your company will need to register individually via the personalised linked shared by the Sponsor support team.  

  • Should you need any support with this, our dedicated team for registration can be contacted on [email protected]

Accessing Your Account / Updating Ticket Information 

  • To access your account, click here to log in. 

  • Login Credentials: 
    Username = the email you used to register your ticket 
    Password = the registration confirmation number which was emailed to you from [email protected] 

Purchasing Additional Tickets 

If you would like to purchase additional tickets for the show, you can do this directly via your Account Manager.  

Once your ticket is registered, you will receive a registration confirmation email inviting you to sign into our MyExperience platform

  • Username: registered email address 

  • Password: ticket confirmation number 

Attendees can edit their information, transfer their ticket, assign organisation admins, resend their ticket confirmation email, access personalised social media graphics, send meeting requests to other attendees in our Meetup program, sign up for networking events. 

 

Collecting Your Sponsor Badges Onsite 

  • Location: The registration desk will be located on Level 1 at Emirates Palace. (Upon entering the main entrance, please make your way down to level one where you will be able to collect your badges.)  

  • Registration opening hours can be viewed on the timetable here. 

Important Information Regarding Sponsor Badges 

  • Please take good care of your sponsor badge and wear it for the duration of the show. No badge reprints will be provided. 

  • Everyone must wear a badge at all times 

  • Terms of attendance & participation can be viewed here

Ticket transfers  

Registered sponsors may transfer their ticket in the portal at any time prior to the 6th January. Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance in transferring a ticket after the deadline. 

Simply click “Transfer Ticket” and enter in the new attendee’s contact information! 

Your colleague will receive an email inviting them to accept the transfer, which opens a form they must fill out to complete the transfer request. Our team approves all ticket transfers. Once your colleague has accepted the transfer and we have approved it, you will lose access to the platform, and they will receive a registration confirmation email. 

Transferring a ticket after the Meetup program scheduling process has started will not transfer program eligibility and will result in the loss of any steps already completed.

Pre-show sponsor access 

Space only contractor access: In order to gain access to the showfloor for build-up and breakdown periods, space only sponsors and contractors will be required to register with the venue directly for an access permit. Please see step by step instructions detailed on page one of the space only rules and regulations. 

If you have a turnkey stand package, you can collect your sponsor badge from registration from 2pm on Monday 26th January, this can then be used to access the show floor.  

Anyone without a show badge will need a contractor badge which can be applied for via the venue. Please see section ‘Contractor passes pre-show'.  

  • Please note, contractor badges only permit entry to the show floor during build-up and breakdown periods, if you need access to the show floor during show days, you must purchase an attendee ticket. 

 

Contractor passes pre show 

Contractor access will be managed by Emirate Palace security preshow and handing over to our traffic team, Kuehne+Nagel onsite. All those needing to access the show floor during build up and breakdown will need to ensure that they have followed the instructions stated below. To avoid any delays onsite, please ensure you have submitted all documents by the deadline indicated.  

The required forms by Emirates Palace must be completed and submitted no later than three weeks before the start of any work.

Crew badges  

Crew Badges are complimentary passes that grant sponsor crew access to the show floor while it is open to the public. This badge can only be used by crew working at the sponsors booth and not employees from the sponsoring company.  

Examples of where a crew badge would be applicable: you have a barista working on your booth, a photographer, a videographer. 

This pass does not include access to meals, sessions, or evening receptions – a full pass must be purchased for access to any of these items.  

Show floor open hours: 

  • Tuesday, Jan 27th = 10:30-19:00 

  • Wednesday, Jan 28th = 09:30-18:30 

  • Thursday, Jan 29th = 09:30-17:00 

Allocation: The total number of crew badges a sponsor receives is based on the size of their booth.

If you will have crew on your booth, please email [email protected] to organise. Please provide the following: 

  • Persons name. 

  • Company name that the person works for. 

  • Email address.  

All applications will be vetted before approval, if there are any issues with details provided, we will reach out. Crew members will receive an email with pickup instructions including location and time one week prior to the event. For any questions or changes that need to be made to an already submitted crew badge request, please email [email protected]
