Access
All requests related to gate passes and time slot bookings must be addressed to KN at [email protected] and will be considered by KN Administrative Team.
Expected delivery/collection date and a preferred time slot (2 hours maximum) are to be clearly mentioned in the request. The request needs to be submitted in the following format:
Any truck destined to the Emirates Palace to deliver or collect goods to/from Shoptalk event must have a valid gate pass and a time slot needs to be booked and confirmed in advance.

Our appointed Freight, Shipping, Storage & Handling contractor is Kuehne + Nagel, who can assist with the following services:

Onsite machinery hire (including forklift, crane, and boom loading) — all machinery must be operated by K+N staff
Before shipping any items to your stand please make sure you get in touch with the official handling company K+N. They will be happy to solve your doubts and offer their services for reception and delivery or unloading to stand of your materials.
Please note that the venue does not receive, customs clear or store incoming shipments. If you intend to ship goods directly to your stand, you need to be there in order to sign off the delivery note of your transport company.
