Alison Melville
Chief Innovation Officer Reformation
Alison Melville serves as Chief Innovation Officer at sustainable fashion brand Reformation. In this role, Alison oversees category development, with a focus on breakthrough sustainability propositions. She is also responsible for overseeing the company’s fleet of 60+ stores across the United States, Canada, UK and France. Since joining the organization in 2020, Alison has overseen a total of four new category launches (jewelry in Fall 2025, swimwear in Spring 2024, handbags in Spring 2023 and relaunching footwear in Spring 2021).
Previously, Alison was the General Manager of Footwear and Accessories at Everlane and has worked in various facets of the sustainable fashion system, ranging from low-impact materials to transparent sourcing at brands like Loeffler Randall and Coach. Alison received her MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business with a specialization in Product Management from Social Impact, and received her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two kids.
