Pauline Coquet is a Partner in Bain & Company’s Middle East offices and a senior member of Bain’s Retail and Consumer practice in the region, with a strong focus on luxury and premium consumer segments.

Pauline brings close to 15 years of management consulting experience across Europe and the Middle East, advising senior executives and leadership teams of both regional and international organizations. Her work centers on strategic planning and large-scale transformation, including digital transformation and brand-led growth for high-end and aspirational consumer businesses.

She has led engagements with leading luxury and premium players across the GCC, including fashion and luxury brands, high-end retail concepts, and premium real estate and mixed-use developers.

Pauline holds a master’s degree in engineering and engineering management.
