Registration

You will receive a details from your logistics lead or via the sponsor support team via [email protected]

Each attendee from your company will need to register individually via the personalised linked shared by the Sponsor support team.

Sponsor tickets include access to our show floor, content sessions, food and networking breaks. Please see the agenda for which networking drinks or activities that sponsor tickets are included in.

Location: The registration desk will be located on Level 1 at Emirates Palace. (Upon entering the main entrance, please make your way down to level one where you will be able to collect your badges.)

Contractor access will be managed by Emirate Palace security preshow and handing over to our traffic team, Kuehne+Nagel onsite. All those needing to access the show floor during build up and breakdown will need to ensure that they have followed the instructions stated below. To avoid any delays onsite, please ensure you have submitted all documents by the deadline indicated.  

The required forms by Emirates Palace must be completed and submitted no later than three weeks before the start of any work. Please find links and steps on page one here

No, we do not offer any “show floor only” or “one-day” tickets. Tickets provide access to all aspects of Shoptalk Luxe (that are not private), including sessions, networking events, receptions, the show floor etc. We do not offer any show floor-only or partial attendance rates.
No, tickets cannot be shared between individuals. Each individual attending Shoptalk Luxe must purchase their own individual ticket, each ticket covers you for the duration of the event.
Shoptalk Luxe does not share or sell attendee contact information. We have been informed that a company claiming to sell the Shoptalk Luxe attendee list with contact information has reached out to several of our sponsors. We have not authorised any company to contact you. We recommend that you do not reply to or speak with any organisation claiming to sell the Shoptalk attendee list and do not share your credit card information. Please send onto your Account Manager so we can action a cease and desist. 
No, we do not offer one day tickets. Tickets provide access to all aspects of Shoptalk Luxe, including sessions, networking events, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, exhibits, etc. that are not private. We do not offer any show area only or partial attendance rates.  
As stated in our Terms of Attendance and Participation, tickets to Shoptalk Luxe are nonrefundable. If you can no longer attend Shoptalk Luxe, please reach out to our resgitration team.

Travel & Accommodation

The closest airport to Abu Dhabi is Zayed International Airport.
We have a range of hotels with preferred rates reserved for a limited time, which are close to the venue – a short taxi journey away. Please see these available here.
Visa requirements will vary depending on nationality. We advise checking the official website of the UAE government for accurate and up-to-date information.
Taxis are readily available and an effective way to travel in Abu Dhabi.
Shoptalk Luxe do not have a transfer service booked for the event from the airport due to arrival and departure times varying. Please be advised to either pre-book your airport transfer or taxi’s are an easy option on arrival in Abu Dhabi.

Local Information & Customs

Please be mindful that some attendees may choose not to consume alcohol and pork. We kindly ask all guests to remain respectful of others’ preferences and to observe local customs regarding alcohol service and consumption.

The venue has available prayer rooms for both men and women. Please note that the prayer rooms are located on the 1st floor - the female prayer room is next to the Lebanese Terrace restaurant, and the male prayer room is next to Broadway restaurant.

Since the show is mainly outside and in public, please respect local customs and dress appropriately. We recommend dressing in conservative business attire and to have your shoulders and knees covered. Headscarves are only required in religious places.

Shoptalk Luxe involves lots of walking so make sure to wear comfy shoes!

Make sure your travel documents are in order and check the latest entry requirements and government issued travel advice before your trip.

Please note that WhatsApp calls and Wi-Fi calling are not available while in Abu Dhabi, so plan accordingly.

In public or professional settings, when meeting with a woman it is courteous to wait for them to initiate a handshake rather than extending your hand first, as some women may prefer not to engage in physical contact for cultural or religious reasons.

If you are participating in our Meetup programme, please arrive on time and keep meetings within the 15-minute limit to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Greet your meeting partners warmly and maintain a courteous, professional manner throughout the interaction. During Meetup, to respect privacy and ensure personal space is valued, only approach attendees you have confirmed meetings with, and access the Meetup area only during your scheduled times.

Credit cards are widely accepted in Abu Dhabi, with Visa and Mastercard being the most common. For smaller purchases and some taxis, it's advisable to carry some cash in the local currency of UAE Dirhams.
Yes, the venue has available prayer rooms for use. Please see our floorplan via the app for locations. 

· Public displays of affection are discouraged.

· Use respectful language at all times.

· Drunken or disorderly behaviour in public is taken seriously and may result in arrest.

General

Shoptalk Luxe 2027 will take place from Tuesday 2nd - Thursday 4th January at Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi.
We recommend arriving by Monday afternoon on 26th January 2026 and departing the evening of Thursday 29th January 2026. Exhibiting sponsors should reference the show timetable which details build-up, show open and breakdown schedules, to help determine arrival and departure times best suited to you.

The dress code is business or business casual.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees throughout the venue. Network details will be displayed on on-site signage and printed on every attendee badge.

No, there is no Business Centre located at the Emirates Palace.
The Emirates Palace is carpeted and tiled throughout. Our main stage is held in a ballroom that is fully carpeted. Our show floor is outside where it is mainly concrete and tiled. The palace terrace is located next to a beach. 
Turnkeys, booths and startup kiosk stands will include laminate flooring.

There is no shop located near the Emirates Palace. Please ensure you bring appropriate PPE for build and all suppliers are wearing safety vests, helmets where applicable and closed toe shoes.

All meetings should be scheduled during the show floor open hours. All individuals participating in meetings, must be registered Shoptalk Luxe attendees, with a badge to access the show floor.
Emirates Palace is the exclusive provider of all food and beverage for the show, all food and beverage must be ordered through Emirates Palace. Should you have any queries or further questions about catering, please feel free to contact them directly on Group-MOAUH-C&[email protected]. If you have any food allergies, please ensure these are submitted on the registration form.
Prepare yourself for a culinary delight! On arrival, you can expect a selection of breakfast refreshments with a middle eastern twist. Lunch is served daily from 12pm across Emirates Palace restaurants and our show floor so that you can refuel at a time and place that is convenient to you. You can choose from a range of cuisines which can be picked up on the way to meetings or to see world-class content or enjoyed with views of the ocean. Between meals, you will also have a range of snacks from our lounges and tea, coffee, & water served throughout the day.
There is a complimentary cloakroom available during show days. It is located on Level 1 next to Badge Pick Up.
Shoptalk Luxe offers complimentary use of the Kids Palace for all pre-registered children. There is a family room located at the Kids Palace. We also have a mother's room available at the show. Please reach out to the Shoptalk team for guidance on location here.

Creche

Ages are 10 months to 12 years, please note that places are limited.
We cover a full day which includes meals, but it doesn't cover evening events.
The crech covrees show open hours and does not cover any pre show or evening networking events.
It will be English speaking.
The creche is a complimentary service to all attednees provided by Shoptalk who cover the per day costs for registered attendees.

Health & Safety

We advise to check the official website of the UAE government for accurate and up-to-date information.
Medical and First Aid are located by the Palace Terrace and within the Emirates Palace for the show. This location can be viewed on all floor plans. Please get in touch with a member of the Shoptalk Luxe team if you need assistance. Security is in operation across the venue and show spaces.

General stand queries

In an effort to promote sustainability and reduce waste, we encourage all sponsors to consider digital or environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional giveaways. Where possible, please minimise the number of physical items distributed from your stand and explore creative, meaningful ways to engage attendees — such as digital downloads or experiences that leave a lasting impression without environmental impact.
Please also take note of the important notice below regarding restricted products to ensure your giveaways comply with event guidelines and sustainability standards.

Our offical contractor GES are able to supply you with a selection of furniture, please see here to view. You are able to bring your own furniture as long as it stays within your stand.

It is a condition of your contractual agreement that you maintain adequate insurance coverage for your participation in the event, with a minimum limit of £200,000 per occurrence to cover liability and any other relevant costs and expenses arising from your involvement. All exhibiting sponsors are also required to include Health and Safety information within their risk assessments, which must be readily available for inspection onsite if requested by the Organisers.

We have been informed that a company offering hotel reservation services for the Shoptalk Luxe event has contacted several of our sponsors and asked for credit card information to book rooms. We have not authorised any company to contact you. Do not reply to or speak with any organisation claiming to book hotel rooms for or on behalf of Shoptalk Luxe, and do not share your credit card information. If you need to book hotel rooms, please only book them through our hotel reservations page via the Shoptalk Luxe website, by contacting the hotel directly, or by utilising services you know to be safe and legitimate.
