Complete the Sponsor Profile Form here and your Sponsor Logistics Lead will upload your company profile to the website. 

If you need to make updates later, simply submit a new Sponsor Profile Form with the revised information and notify your Sponsor Logistics Lead. 

Lead Retrieval is available through Visit Connect. 

You can choose between: 

• Using your own mobile device (each licensed team member receives unlimited use).  

• Renting a handheld scanner for use by your registered team members.  

Lead Retrieval invitations and app access will be emailed closer to the event.

For the tickets included in your sponsorship package, the main point of contact will receive a unique registration link from [email protected]. You can either register your entire team using this link or invite team members to complete their own registration. During registration, you can also assign Sponsor Admins to manage your team's meetings and sponsor information.

Contractors requiring access during build-up and breakdown must register through the Emirates Palace online contractor registration system. Once registered, you'll receive a confirmation email and contractor badge. 

Turnkey sponsors can collect their sponsor badge from registration from 2:00pm on Monday 1 February 2027. Anyone without a delegate badge must obtain a contractor badge.

You will receive a details from your logistics lead or via the sponsor support team via [email protected]. 

Each attendee from your company will need to register individually via the personalised linked shared by the Sponsor support team.

Location: The registration desk will be located on Level 1 at Emirates Palace. (Upon entering the main entrance, please make your way down to level one where you will be able to collect your badges.)

Contractor access will be managed by Emirate Palace security preshow and handing over to our traffic team, Kuehne+Nagel onsite. All those needing to access the show floor during build up and breakdown will need to ensure that they have followed the instructions stated below. To avoid any delays onsite, please ensure you have submitted all documents by the deadline indicated.  

The required forms by Emirates Palace must be completed and submitted no later than three weeks before the start of any work. Please find links and steps on page one here

Registered sponsors may transfer their ticket in the portal at any time prior to the 8th January. Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance in transferring a ticket after the deadline. 

Transferring a ticket after the Meetup program scheduling process has started will not transfer program eligibility and will result in the loss of any steps already completed.

Please be mindful that some attendees may choose not to consume alcohol and pork. We kindly ask all guests to remain respectful of others’ preferences and to observe local customs regarding alcohol service and consumption.

The venue has available prayer rooms for both men and women. Please note that the prayer rooms are located on the 1st floor - the female prayer room is next to the Lebanese Terrace restaurant, and the male prayer room is next to Broadway restaurant.

Since the show is mainly outside and in public, please respect local customs and dress appropriately. We recommend dressing in conservative business attire and to have your shoulders and knees covered. Headscarves are only required in religious places.

Shoptalk Luxe involves lots of walking so make sure to wear comfy shoes!

Make sure your travel documents are in order and check the latest entry requirements and government issued travel advice before your trip.

Please note that WhatsApp calls and Wi-Fi calling are not available while in Abu Dhabi, so plan accordingly.

In public or professional settings, when meeting with a woman it is courteous to wait for them to initiate a handshake rather than extending your hand first, as some women may prefer not to engage in physical contact for cultural or religious reasons.

If you are participating in our Meetup programme, please arrive on time and keep meetings within the 15-minute limit to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Greet your meeting partners warmly and maintain a courteous, professional manner throughout the interaction. During Meetup, to respect privacy and ensure personal space is valued, only approach attendees you have confirmed meetings with, and access the Meetup area only during your scheduled times.

· Public displays of affection are discouraged.

· Use respectful language at all times.

· Drunken or disorderly behaviour in public is taken seriously and may result in arrest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees throughout the venue. Network details will be displayed on on-site signage and printed on every attendee badge.

It is a condition of your contractual agreement that you maintain adequate insurance coverage for your participation in the event, with a minimum limit of £200,000 per occurrence to cover liability and any other relevant costs and expenses arising from your involvement. All exhibiting sponsors are also required to include Health and Safety information within their risk assessments, which must be readily available for inspection onsite if requested by the Organisers. 

If you have a turnkey stand package as part of your sponsorship you have electrics included in your sponsorship package. Please view here to see whats included in your package. If you wish to increase your electrics requirements please reach out to GES directly here. 

If you have a space only stand, please note that there are no electrics included with in your package. Any requirements for electrics must be ordered directly through our official contractor GES here.

There will be roaming security during non-show hours, however, you may like to hire additional security, dedicated to your individual stand needs, you can this directly with: Emirates Palace
