Registration

How do I register my tickets?

You will receive a details from your logistics lead or via the sponsor support team via [email protected].

Each attendee from your company will need to register individually via the personalised linked shared by the Sponsor support team.

Should you need any support with this, our dedicated team for registration can be contacted on [email protected].

Whats included in my ticket?

Sponsor tickets include access to our show floor, content sessions, food and networking breaks. Please see the agenda for which networking drinks or activities that sponsor tickets are included in.

I need to purchase more tickets, how can I do this?

Please reach out to your account manager or purchase tickets here via the website.

When and where can I pick up my badge?

Location: The registration desk will be located on Level 1 at Emirates Palace. (Upon entering the main entrance, please make your way down to level one where you will be able to collect your badges.)

I need a pass for my contractor?

Contractor access will be managed by Emirate Palace security preshow and handing over to our traffic team, Kuehne+Nagel onsite. All those needing to access the show floor during build up and breakdown will need to ensure that they have followed the instructions stated below. To avoid any delays onsite, please ensure you have submitted all documents by the deadline indicated.

The required forms by Emirates Palace must be completed and submitted no later than three weeks before the start of any work. Please find links and steps on page one here

How do I apply for the Retailer Registration rate?

Are there show floor only or one-day tickets available?

No, we do not offer any “show floor only” or “one-day” tickets. Tickets provide access to all aspects of Shoptalk Luxe (that are not private), including sessions, networking events, receptions, the show floor etc. We do not offer any show floor-only or partial attendance rates.

I can only attend the event on Monday, can my colleague use my ticket to attend other days?

No, tickets cannot be shared between individuals. Each individual attending Shoptalk Luxe must purchase their own individual ticket, each ticket covers you for the duration of the event.

What do I do if I receive a solicitation from a third party to purchase the Shoptalk attendee list?

Shoptalk Luxe does not share or sell attendee contact information. We have been informed that a company claiming to sell the Shoptalk Luxe attendee list with contact information has reached out to several of our sponsors. We have not authorised any company to contact you. We recommend that you do not reply to or speak with any organisation claiming to sell the Shoptalk attendee list and do not share your credit card information. Please send onto your Account Manager so we can action a cease and desist.

Are there “Show floor Only” or “One Day” tickets?

No, we do not offer one day tickets. Tickets provide access to all aspects of Shoptalk Luxe, including sessions, networking events, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, exhibits, etc. that are not private. We do not offer any show area only or partial attendance rates.  

I can no longer attend Shoptalk Luxe. Can I get a refund?

As stated in our Terms of Attendance and Participation, tickets to Shoptalk Luxe are nonrefundable. If you can no longer attend Shoptalk Luxe, please reach out to our resgitration team.

Travel & Accommodation

What is the nearest airport and how do I get to the venue?

The closest airport to Abu Dhabi is Zayed International Airport.

Are there recommended hotels or special Shoptalk Luxe rates?

We have a range of hotels with preferred rates reserved for a limited time, which are close to the venue – a short taxi journey away. Please see these available here.

Do I need a visa to travel to Abu Dhabi?

Visa requirements will vary depending on nationality. We advise checking the official website of the UAE government for accurate and up-to-date information.

What are the local transportation options (taxis, public transport, ride-share)?

Taxis are readily available and an effective way to travel in Abu Dhabi.

Is airport transfer available through the event?

Shoptalk Luxe do not have a transfer service booked for the event from the airport due to arrival and departure times varying. Please be advised to either pre-book your airport transfer or taxi’s are an easy option on arrival in Abu Dhabi.

Local Information & Customs

What is the local currency, and are credit cards widely accepted?

Credit cards are widely accepted in Abu Dhabi, with Visa and Mastercard being the most common. For smaller purchases and some taxis, it's advisable to carry some cash in the local currency of UAE Dirhams.

Are there facilities for prayer or quiet reflection onsite?

Yes, the venue has available prayer rooms for use. Please see our floorplan via the app for locations.

General

When and where will Shoptalk Luxe take place?

Shoptalk Luxe 2026 will take place from Tuesday 27th - Thursday 29th January at Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi.

When should I arrive/depart from Shoptalk Luxe?

We recommend arriving by Monday afternoon on 26th January 2026 and departing the evening of Thursday 29th January 2026. Exhibiting sponsors should reference the show timetable which details build-up, show open and breakdown schedules, to help determine arrival and departure times best suited to you.

Do you have a official airline partner?

Courtesy of our official airline partner, Etihad, we are offering all Shoptalk Luxe attendees 10% discount on all travel class flights to Abu Dhabi.
Visit Etihad.com (not through any OTAs or Travel platforms) and enter SHOPTALK10 under rewards and discounts. This is valid for travel between 22 Jan 26 – 05 Feb 26

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is business or business casual.

Will there be Wi-Fi at the event?

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees throughout the venue. Network details will be displayed on on-site signage and printed on every attendee badge.

Is there a business Centre at Emirates Palace?

No, there is no Business Centre located at the Emirates Palace.

Is the show floor carpeted?

The Emirates Palace is carpeted and tiled throughout. Our main stage is held in a ballroom that is fully carpeted. Our show floor is outside where it is mainly concrete and tiled. The palace terrace is located next to a beach.
Turnkeys, booths and startup kiosk stands will include laminate flooring.

Is there a shop located at Emirates Palace where I can purchase compulsory PPE?

...such as hi-vis waistcoats for build-up and breakdown periods
There is no shop located near the Emirates Palace. Please ensure you bring appropriate PPE for build and all suppliers are wearing safety vests, helmets where applicable and closed toe shoes.

What are the show floor build-up, open hours and breakdown?

Please refer to the show build and breakdown timetable here. For the full show agenda, this can be located on the website here or via the app when it has launched.

When can I schedule meetings to take place at my stand on the show floor?

All meetings should be scheduled during the show floor open hours. All individuals participating in meetings, must be registered Shoptalk Luxe attendees, with a badge to access the show floor.

Can I bring in my own food and beverage for my stand?

Emirates Palace is the exclusive provider of all food and beverage for the show, all food and beverage must be ordered through Emirates Palace. Should you have any queries or further questions about catering, please feel free to contact them directly on Group-MOAUH-C&[email protected]. If you have any food allergies, please ensure these are submitted on the registration form.

Is breakfast/lunch provided?

Prepare yourself for a culinary delight! On arrival, you can expect a selection of breakfast refreshments with a middle eastern twist. Lunch is served daily from 12pm across Emirates Palace restaurants and our show floor so that you can refuel at a time and place that is convenient to you. You can choose from a range of cuisines which can be picked up on the way to meetings or to see world-class content or enjoyed with views of the ocean. Between meals, you will also have a range of snacks from our lounges and tea, coffee, & water served throughout the day.

Is there a luggage or coat check at Shoptalk Luxe?

There is a complimentary cloakroom available during show days. It is located on Level 1 next to Badge Pick Up.

Is there a family room or private space available for mothers?

Shoptalk Luxe offers complimentary use of the Kids Palace for all pre-registered children. There is a family room located at the Kids Palace. We also have a mother's room available at the show. Please reach out to the Shoptalk team for guidance on location here.

Creche

What are the age limits for participation?

Ages are 10 months to 12 years, please note that places are limited.

What are the operating hours?

We cover a full day which includes meals, but it doesn't cover evening events.

Does the program include the Shoptalk party and dinners, or is it only during the main event?

The crech covrees show open hours and does not cover any pre show or evening networking events.

Is the program available in English, as my children are English speakers?

It will be English speaking.

Is there any cost associated with the programme?

The creche is a complimentary service to all attednees provided by Shoptalk who cover the per day costs for registered attendees.

Health & Safety

Are there any health or vaccination requirements?

We advise to check the official website of the UAE government for accurate and up-to-date information.

What are the onsite safety protocols (security, first aid)?

Medical and First Aid are located by the Palace Terrace and within the Emirates Palace for the show. This location can be viewed on all floor plans. Please get in touch with a member of the Shoptalk Luxe team if you need assistance. Security is in operation across the venue and show spaces.

General stand queries

Are there restrictions on what I can distribute (e.g., food, alcohol, giveaways)?

In an effort to promote sustainability and reduce waste, we encourage all sponsors to consider digital or environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional giveaways. Where possible, please minimise the number of physical items distributed from your stand and explore creative, meaningful ways to engage attendees — such as digital downloads or experiences that leave a lasting impression without environmental impact.
Please also take note of the important notice below regarding restricted products to ensure your giveaways comply with event guidelines and sustainability standards.

Can I bring my own furniture?

Our offical contractor GES are able to supply you with a selection of furniture, please see here to view. You are able to bring your own furniture as long as it stays within your stand.

Do I need to provide risk assessments or insurance documents?

It is a condition of your contractual agreement that you maintain adequate insurance coverage for your participation in the event, with a minimum limit of £200,000 per occurrence to cover liability and any other relevant costs and expenses arising from your involvement. All exhibiting sponsors are also required to include Health and Safety information within their risk assessments, which must be readily available for inspection onsite if requested by the Organisers.

How do I find my stand number?

How do I order electrics?

If you have a turnkey stand package as part of your sponsorship you have electrics included in your sponsorship package. Please view here to see whats included in your package. If you wish to increase your electrics requirements please reach out to GES directly here.

If you have a space only stand, please note that there are no electrics included with in your package. Any requirements for electrics must be ordered directly through our official contractor GES here.

What are the height limits for my stand?

Your stand size will vary depending on what product you have within your sponsorship package. Please see table below.

Can I hire security for my stand?

There will be roaming security during non-show hours, however, you may like to hire additional security, dedicated to your individual stand needs, you can this directly with: Emirates Palace

I am interested in having a custom-built stand, who should I contact?

If you are looking for a contractor to build your Space Only stand, our official contractor GES will be able to offer a range of custom build options.

Where can I order AV?

Where can I order services and materials for my stand?

Please refer to our supplier and orders forms, where you will be able to locate our official contractors and their services provided.

Where should I ship my materials?

Our official logistics and shipping partner is Kuehne + Nagel (K+N). We strongly recommend reaching out to them directly to discuss your shipping requirements, particularly in relation to the customs process. K+N will guide you through the procedures and ensure your materials are delivered directly to your booth on the showfloor.
To assist with this, K+N has prepared a helpful document outlining the process. You can access it here. Please also refer to their latest order form.
Kuehne + Nagel provide the following services:

•   Warehouse management
•   Deliveries
•   Onsite machinery hire (including forklift, crane, and boom loading) — all machinery must be operated by K+N staff

Can I host demo's on my stand?

If you are an exhibiting sponsor planning to host demos or activities that require significant bandwidth, you are required to purchase dedicated internet for your stand space.

How do I make a hotel reservation?

How do I do if I receive a solicitation from a third to book a hotel room?

We have been informed that a company offering hotel reservation services for the Shoptalk Luxe event has contacted several of our sponsors and asked for credit card information to book rooms. We have not authorised any company to contact you. Do not reply to or speak with any organisation claiming to book hotel rooms for or on behalf of Shoptalk Luxe, and do not share your credit card information. If you need to book hotel rooms, please only book them through our hotel reservations page via the Shoptalk Luxe website, by contacting the hotel directly, or by utilising services you know to be safe and legitimate.

How do I update my profile on the app?

Are there opportunities to sponsor networking events or add-on branding?

All keynote videos and track presenters' decks are shared pending permission and approval.
