Alessandro Pescara is a senior executive with more than two decades of international experience in turnaround management, strategic transformation, and complex change environments within the fashion and consumer industries. He is currently leading a comprehensive transformation program focused on long-term value creation, brand clarity, and sustainable, performance-driven growth.

Throughout his career, Alessandro has specialized in restoring organizations operating under pressure, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. He has led multiple business restructurings, re-implementing operating models and redesigning end-to-end operational processes across product development, supply chain, logistics, finance, and go-to-market functions. A core element of his approach is the alignment between strategy, operations, and organizational culture.

In recent years, he has been deeply involved in the integration of artificial intelligence across business processes, developing AI-driven tools to support buying and merchandising decisions, demand forecasting, operational planning, and management control. He has also overseen the implementation of advanced digital ecosystems, including ERP, CRM, and data-driven performance management systems, with the objective of improving decision quality, speed, and accountability at all organizational levels.
